Transitional Marketing Services was established by Nancy Werner in 2012 as a result of her own personal experience with her parents. After navigating them through health care, Assisted Living and Memory Care, she was struck with the complexity and emotional impact of the process of seeking care and services for seniors.
Leveraging her 20 years Business Sales & Marketing experience, Nancy began to work with senior service providers of all types to improve their organizations through sales training, coaching and business development.
As Community Relations Director and Trainer for a vast collection of leading Senior Care Communities and service providers, Nancy's experience includes start-ups, re-branding existing products and managing the often challenging transition between management companies.
Nancy has trained and mentored sales executives to adapt to changing trends and excels in helping companies exceed financial goals in residential communities, home care agencies, senior-focused service providers and adult family homes.
