As Community Relations Director and Trainer for a vast collection of leading Senior Care Communities and service providers, Nancy's experience includes start-ups, re-branding existing products and managing the often challenging transition between management companies. She has trained and mentored sales executives to adapt to changing trends and excels in helping companies to exceed financial goals in residential communities, home care agencies and adult family homes.
Transitional Marketing Services was established by Nancy Werner in 2007 as a result of her own personal experience with her parents. After navigating through health care, Assisted Living and Memory Care with her parents, she was struck with the complexity and emotional impact of the process of seeking care and services for seniors.
